Hello everyone!
Just got some exciting news last night. Found out that my young adult book - The Teddy Eye Club - is a finalist in the Epic's 2017 eBook awards. Winners will be announced in June at a conference in Texas.
I am thrilled. This book is dedicated to - and a character is modeled after - two former students of mine who inspire me every single day - Shannon and Paula. Both of these young women are courageous and taught me a lot about life and what is important. So in their honor, I am thrilled that it made the finalist list.
God bless you Paula and Shannon. A day doesn't go by, that I don't remember your smiles.
