Just wanted to thank all those who took the time to email me with suggestions to help me with my dog, Rico.
I'm going to try everything you said.
Poor little guy. He's completely traumatized by the move to an apartment after living in a house for all of his seven years. He is not a happy camper and terrified of my leaving him in this strange place with strange noises.
I've never seen him like this before and it still breaks my heart.
Hopefully, in time, he will adjust. Meanwhile, I'm certainly getting lots of writing done, since I can't leave him alone. LOL.
